Canoe Camp Radenci, Eco Village Rinčica and Kolpa Adventures is a family-run business by Tine and Andreja. They are supported by their children Tinkara, Leo and Maruška. The youngest, Maruška, loves to dance, sing and play, help with the farm animals, learn in the kitchen, try out new recipes, organise drawing workshops, paddle kayaks, canoes and SUP, and share all her knowledge with the children who come to visit us on vacation. Son Leo is a raft guide and a licensed water rescuer, who takes care of guided and safe descents on the beautiful Kolpa river. The eldest daughter Tinkara, a licensed water rescuer and latte artist, together with Leo’s girlfriend Neja, also a latte artist, take care of the glamping huts, delicious breakfasts and catering on the summer terrace, where no guest is left without a

great coffee or refreshment with top quality craft beers, wine from local winery or homemade juices. Almost three decades ago, Tine decided to buy boats and develop tourism in the Poljanska valley along the Kolpa River. In the beginning, he revived his idea together with his parents, brothers and sisters. Later, he was joined by Andreja, with whom he started a family and they continued their work, which at the time was mainly renting boats and guiding groups on the river and in the surrounding area. In the beginning, everything took place in a rented inn/guest house, but later they decided to develop their work at home, at Tine’s homestead, in Radenci ob Kolpi. It took a lot of effort to renovate and design the homestead in line with the new goals and needs. Tine and Andreja and the entire dedicated team have worked year after year to provide and maintain quality services and add new facilities; all with the aim to make your vacation unforgettable.

So, in addition to the basic service of renting boats and guided boating on the river, they have developed camping and bed and breakfast facilities in the campsite, glamping huts or rooms, cycling and mini ZOO. All members of the family also take care of cleaning the footpath, viewpoints and everything that means relaxation and a journey to oneself. You can’t miss Tine, because he’s “always here somewhere”. If he is not too busy or “out in the field”, he is happy to chat with guests. That is why you can always suggest, criticize or praise him, because he likes open and spontaneous people. Tine and Andreja like to go on short and long trips, as long as they have time left between their seasonal work and jobs at the primary school and the center of school and
extracurricular activities (»CŠOD«). But time and time again, they can’t wait to return to their family and to their favorite place, Radenci ob Kolpi.
