WHEN IS THE CAMPSITE OPEN?
The campsite opens at the end of April and closes at the end of October.

IS THERE DRINKING WATER AT THE CAMPSITE?
The Kopla Canoe Camp is supplied with clean drinking water at all taps.

IS PRIOR RESERVATION REQUIRED?
Reservations are required for glamping huts and rooms. Reservations are not accepted for
camping pitches.

DO WE NEED TO BRING OUR OWN BED LINEN?
Bed linen in provided in the glamping huts and rooms,and you only need to bring towels.

ARE REFRIGERATORS AND ELECTRICITY AVAILABLE AT THE CAMPSITE?
The campsite has 4 fridges and electric lockers. Each glamping hut has its own refrigerator
and electricity.

WHEN IS IT NECESSARY TO MAKE A CHECK OUT?
The huts and the rooms must be emptied and checked out by 11 am. The camping pitches
must be vacated by 1 pm, unless prior arrangements have been made with the owners.
WHERE CAN I RENT A BIKE?
You can rent bikes from us. We have electric and regular bicycles available.

WHAT CAN WE DO AT THE CAMPSITE?
As well as boating, we have SUPs, regular and electric bicycles,and you can also explore hiking trails and viewpoints. You can also use the beach volleyball court, football pitch, children’s playground and trampoline free of charge. Next to the campsite we have a small ZOO, which is a real attraction for our youngest guests. Here you will be greeted by goats, Augusta and White alpacas, donkey Amy, pony Hera, chickens, ducks, bunnies and nandu. Ficko the pet cat and dog Brin are constantly nearby. There are heavenly labyrinths nearby.

FOR WHOM IS BOATING / RAFTING SUITABLE ON RIVER KOLPA?
Boating on the Kolpa is suitable for all generations. We have all the equipment you need for a safe trip down the Kolpa. Boating is also suitable for pets. They get their own life jacket and go on an adventure with you.

IS THERE FOOD AVAILABE IN THE CAMP?
All guests can enjoy a rich breakfast buffet. All other meals can be prepared in our summer kitchen or eaten at nearby small restaurants/guest houses.

ARE PETS ALLOWED?
Pets are welcome in our accommodation as well as in all of our activities.

WHERE IS THE NEAREST PETROL STATION?
The nearest petrol station (MAXEN self-service) is located in the village Predgrad, 7 km from the campsite. Larger petrol stations such as Petrol and OMW can be found in Črnomelj and Vinica.

IS THE SWIMMING AREA WELL MAINTAINED?
200m from the campsite is a natural swimming area at the mill with a pebble beach. It has shallow water for the youngest and deep water for swimming. Nudists will also find their place to swim at the FKK beach, a stone´s throw from the campsite.

CAN I PAY BY CARD?
Payment for all services is cash only. The nearest ATM is located 20 km away from the campsite in Vinica or Črnomelj.

DO YOU HAVE A BAR?
We have a small bar serving excellent coffee, local craft beers, refreshing homemade juices and ice cream.

IS THERE A BAR NEAR THE SWIMMING AREA?
There is a small bar, Sup point Kolpa, on the beach right next to the Kolpa River, where you can rent a SUP, have a refreshing drink, coffee or ice cream, and enjoy the sun with the pleasant rhythms of music.

IS THERE A SHOP AT THE CAMPSITE?
In `Stari trg ob Kolpi´, 5km from the camp, there is a small shop with a post office where you can get basic groceries. All major grocery stores, ATMs, health center, pharmacies and other shops are located in the town of Črnomelj, 20km away from the Kolpa Canoe Camp.
